I have experience with bank and HUD foreclosures, relocation companies, and short sales.

 

I have over 14 years of experience in residential real estate and mortgage lending. I am a licensed agent and member of the Collin County Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. 

In addition to education required for licensing, I attend numerous seminars and courses throughout the year to keep up-to-date. I am an active member of the local Board of Realtors and participate in William Davis Realty ongoing training. I practice high ethical standards with my clients, other agents, builders and vendors. I believe this is the only way to do business.

I have developed relationships with some of the best mortgage lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors and insurance agents in the D/FW area. This benefits my clients greatly and helps to provide much smoother transactions.
